Programs & Projects

MainStreet Warner Lodge

MainStreet Warner has ambitious plans for The Lodge in the heart of town: a community kitchen, meeting room, and instructional and performance venue in the main hall, fronted by a granite terrace and landscaped park where Warner residents and visitors can meet and gather. The Hooks & Hastings organ will once again be restored, as will the 19th century stained glass windows. Additional plans for renovation include: new light and sound capabilities for performances, updated electrical systems, and a modern energy-efficient HVAC system. Both buildings as well as the adjoining park will be ADA accessible. MainStreet Warner, Inc. has turned to local designers, builders, businesses, and volunteers to get the work underway and looks forward to being fully open in 2026.

Phase I: Renovation of the kitchen and meeting space

Scope of Work:

  • Full connection and integration of the two buildings
  • Energy efficiency upgrades
  • 22.5 kWh rooftop solar PV array
  • New HVAC, air filtration, and dehumidification system
  • Walk-in cooler
  • Upgrades to electrical system, plumbing, and energy efficiency
  • ADA-compliant restroom facilities, a new ADA-compliant ramped passageway into the adjoining main hall, and two ADA-compliant walkways for entry and exit
  • New wooden flooring for the meeting room

Phase II: Renovation of the main hall as an educational and performing arts center, granite terracing and landscaped grounds

Scope of Work:

  • Restoration of 19th century stained glass windows and Hook & Hastings concert pipe organ
  • Installation of ceiling-mounted light, sound, and projection system, with necessary acoustic treatments
  • Restoration of original wooden floor, with upgraded structural support
  • Granite terracing and landscaped grounds
